Each class is a 60 min. routine combining meridian stretching, breathing, energy accumulation postures and core strengthening. We will keep updating the calendar so be sure to visit often for changes and most recent information.

We are limiting class numbers to 5 people to ensure physical distancing.

Please register in advance if you would like to attend. As on-line registration is currently unavailable, please contact us directly either by phone, text or email.

Per the new bylaw, masks are required as you enter and leave or move about the space. You may remove it once class begins and you settle on your spot. Please bring your own mat and other personal items needed during class. And don’t forget the socks. 🙂
