Body & Brain Wellness is a holistic health and training program that empowers individuals to manage their own bodies and brains in order to become more healthy, happy and peaceful. We accomplish this through the creation of tools to foster the health and well-being of the individual, family and society as a whole.

I’m here to be healthy. Why should I learn about the brain?
Actually, all mind-body practices like Yoga and meditation, have an effect on the brain. The sense of peace, release of tension, and reduction of stress that these practices offer are due to their effect on the brain. Our programs, which are based on Brain Education System Training™, differ only in that they focus on and accentuate these effects.
Learning about the brain is also the best way to move your practice out of the Centre and into your life. Approaching your practice as exercise may help you relax in the moment, but wouldn’t you like to carry peace into all areas of your life? That is why we study our brain so intensely in the deeper levels of this practice. By learning to become the master of your brain, you become the master of your life.
What will I learn at the Body & Brain Centre?
Regular classes include yoga and chi gong-type stretching, breathing exercises, meditation, as well as soft martial arts and energy work. For those with diverse interests, we also offer special programs, workshops, retreats and other advanced-level training opportunities.
Our mission at Body & Brain Wellness Fitness centres is to heal individuals and society as a whole. Our work focuses on healing a person’s body and soul which then impacts all of human society and the Earth. We like to think about it as preserving the planet by healing one person at a time.
